Therapy that meets your child exactly where they are.
Growing up in a world not built for unique minds can be overwhelming. I provide a warm, gentle space for children and young people navigating anxiety, neurodiversity, and life’s challenges.
Together, we look beneath behaviour to understand your child’s emotional world. Moving at their pace, using their strengths, and giving them a safe place to just be.
You May Be Feeling…
Worried about your child’s emotional wellbeing
Unsure how to support anxiety or emotional outbursts
Finding it difficult to understand or support your child’s individual needs
Struggling with school-related difficulties or attendance
Concerned about confidence, friendships or behaviour
Unsure what the right next step might be
My Approach
I do not see children as problems to be fixed. Instead, I look beneath behaviour with curiosity, thinking about what a child may be communicating through their feelings, play and relationships.
My approach is warm, relational and neurodiversity-affirming. I adapt therapy to the individual child, using play, creativity, games or conversation to help them explore their experiences at their own pace.
Meet Rebecca
I’m a BACP-registered psychodynamic psychotherapist with more than a decade of experience in education, SEND and autism support.
In this short video, I introduce myself, explain a little about how I work and what families can expect when they first get in touch.
How We Can Work Together
Because sustainable change happens through connection, my core model blends weekly individual therapy for your child with regular parent sessions so we can think together.
Individual Therapy
A gentle, creative space for your child to explore their emotional world, safely unpack big anxieties, and navigate life’s challenges at their own pace.
Parent Support
You don't have to figure this out alone. I work side-by-side with you to help decode what is happening beneath the surface, helping you trust your instincts and navigate the path forward.
School Support
I can provide regular therapy sessions within a child’s school, where appropriate, as well as liaising thoughtfully with parents and school staff. My experience as a teacher and SENCO helps me understand the wider educational context around each child.
Schools and professionals are welcome to contact me to discuss referrals or commissioned therapeutic support.
