Services

A holistic, three-pillared approach to supporting your child, your home, and their education.

Individual Therapy

I provide a safe, weekly space where your child can explore their internal world without the pressure to perform or mask. Because children process things differently than adults, our work is relational, creative, and playful.

Through play therapy, expressive arts, and tailored emotional support, I help them navigate anxiety, low mood, school trauma, and identity. For neurodivergent children (including those with Autistic, ADHD, and PDA profiles), this is a space of total acceptance where their unique sensory and communication needs are entirely honoured.

Parent Support

You are navigating a lot, and you deserve a non-judgmental space to process your own stress, worries, and triggers. Alongside your child's therapy, we meet regularly to think together about what is happening at home.

Moving away from traditional, rigid behaviour management strategies, we focus instead on attunement, connection, and co-regulation. I help you understand your child’s unique nervous system, reduce family conflict, and release the shame or blame that often comes with raising a neurodivergent child in a neurotypical world.

School & SEND Support

Navigating the education system with a neurodivergent or anxious child can feel like an uphill battle. Drawing on my extensive experience as a teacher and SENCO, I help bridge the communication gap between home and school.

I offer practical, trauma-informed guidance to help families and school staff deeply understand your child's unique profile—including Autism, ADHD, and sensory differences. Together, we can make sense of school anxiety, emotionally based school avoidance (EBSA), and neurodivergent burnout, working collaboratively to ensure your child has the right SEND provision and adjustments in place to feel safe enough to learn.
